RASPBERRY BRAMBLE
The Classic Bramble is well documented as the crown queen of cocktails. This delicious concoction was created in London at Fred’s Club by bartender Dick Bradsell in 1984. The Bramble is straightforward Gin Sour with the addition of Crème de Mure. It is said that this drink was inspired by the fresh blackberries Bradsell ate growing up.
In this variation, we simply switch the blackberry liqueur with a premium raspberry liqueur. This perfect ratio of gin, sugar and lemon offers a bright refreshing beverage while the raspberry liqueur adds beautiful color and ripe berry notes. Bartenders all over enjoy its balance simplicity.
